WRHS Class of 1966 Forty-Fifth Reunion

Preliminary planning for the WRHS Class of '66 forty-fifth reunion is finally off the ground. Time to mark your calendars and start spreading the word. Here's the scoop thus far:

Venue: Casual

Open bar (may charge a small cover to offset planning expenses and light appetizers)

Open to all classmates and their spouses, dates, companions, significant others, or combination of any of the above

Misc.: This weekend coincides with the 30th Annual Farmers 5000 event which is scheduled for 9:00 AM on Sunday, September 18th.

Money raised from the 5K walk/run goes directly to the high school and is used to supplement educational and special programs.

With strong enough representation, the stellar class of '66 can certainly take on any of those wiry, young Farmers.

Even though the 45th is a casual gathering of old friends, we would like the get the word out to as many of our classmates as possible. This was no easy task,as many of you are well aware, from our long planning days and nights with the 40th reunion. But, since we have so many savvy Facebook-ers and Twitter-ers on the docket, we should have no problem in spreading the good news. Many of you have volunteered to help with contacting people which will be the key to the overall success of this event. The database is available from the 40th which may offer some help in hunting down folks. We thought an informal planning meeting might be conducive in kick-starting the process. In the meantime, we'll send out a heads-up email to everyone listed on the handy-dandy database.

If you would like to attend a 'planning' meeting and/or would like to help hunting down classmates, contact us or Dianne Corbetta Connolly.

Please continue to update Bios, approve posting your e-mail, and help find missing Farmers with info by e-mail. You can go to Contact Page to enter your basic address and e-mail info. To add to, or revise your Bio or e-mail info after initial entry, go again to Contact Page, which will be blank, and re-enter all info including your new Bio (Please share what is happening in your life..") and e-mail info. The "Update Bio" link under photos in the Yearbook section also will take you to a clean Contact page where initial or complete replacement info can be entered. Or, send it to info@wrhs66.com, and it will be posted in a week (or so). Also, use the "info@wrhs.." address if you see any mistakes in identification of individuals in the group pictures or if you have other suggestions.
